Adventures in Minimalism / 2

Aaaaaand, we’re back. In the last few weeks, I’ve been learning a lot. (If you missed the last post, here it is)

Since my lease ended a little over a month ago, I’ve been sleeping on couches, futons, and beds in the mean time. Living mobile has been key- I’m writing this whilst sitting on my suitcase. This period of my life has been more or less the catalyst for my decision towards Minimalism. What you see in the photo is what I have with me on a daily basis, and that’s it. The wardrobe isn’t quite streamlined enough, so there’s a bit more to be done with that.

So that’s what I’ve got with me, but there’s still a little more:

I’ve still got all my studio equipment in storage for the time when a stable living space presents itself- after all, that is how I bring home the bacon. (Or rather, the means to afford the bacon.) My studio gear is all business- the goal is getting my personal belongings to the point of carrying everything comfortably on my back.
